This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping, processing, delivery, and related terms for all orders placed on our Shopify store. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require processing time before shipment. Standard order processing takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and carrier arrangement.

During peak seasons, holiday sales, or promotional events, processing time may be extended to 3–5 business days due to high order volume. We do not offer expedited processing guarantees unless express shipping is selected at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We provide standard international and domestic shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

 Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

 Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal delays, extreme weather, carrier logistics issues, or global shipping congestion. These circumstances are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, package size, and customer delivery destination, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment completion.

We offerfree standard shipping for orders that meet our minimum order value threshold. Eligible free shipping orders will automatically apply during checkout. Expedited shipping fees still apply for customers who choose faster delivery options.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update and show valid logistics status after shipment.

If your tracking information is not updating or is missing, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. International Shipping & Customs Duties

Our store supports international shipping. For all cross-border orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or local administrative charges imposed by your destination country.

We do not cover customs duties or import taxes. Customs policies vary by country, and any delays or fees caused by local customs procedures are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will not issue refunds for orders detained, returned, or discarded by customs authorities.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Packages that are returned to sender due to incorrect shipping address, customer refusal to receive, unclaimed delivery, or invalid recipient information will be considered undeliverable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and re-shipping fees for undeliverable packages. We will only resend the order or process a partial refund after additional shipping fees are settled.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once the package leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

If your order is confirmed lost or severely damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and relevant proof. We will assist in filing carrier claims and offer solutions including reshipment or partial/full refund based on verification results.

8. Shipping Address Modification

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing payment. Address modifications are only available before the order is shipped. Once the order is processed or dispatched, address changes are no longer allowed.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our store and placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated policy terms.
