Thank you for shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on our Shopify store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with all original tags, accessories, and packaging materials intact. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be approved for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

 Clearance, discounted, or promotional sale items

 Personalized, custom-made, or engraved products

 Hygiene-sensitive products (including but not limited to beauty products, undergarments, accessories worn on the body)

 Opened or partially used goods

3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return process, please contact our customer support team via email within the valid return window. Please include your order number, full name, and reason for return in your message.

Our team will review your request and send you detailed return instructions and approval guidelines within 24–48 business hours. Do not send back any items without receiving official return confirmation from our team; unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Please clearly mark your order number on the outside of the package to ensure fast processing. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and handling fees unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped incorrectly due to our store error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages. Lost or damaged return shipments during transit are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Inspection & Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) and confirm compliance with our return policy, we will proceed with your refund or exchange:

 Full Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection approval

 Store Credit / Exchange: Processed within 2–3 business days after inspection approval

Please note that bank processing times may vary, and delays beyond our processing window are determined by your payment provider and not within our control.

7. Damaged & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at millerr493@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Please attach clear photos or videos of the item damage, defects, or order discrepancy for verification. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for qualified cases without additional shipping cost.

8. Late Returns

Any return requests submitted beyond the 30-day return window will be automatically denied. We do not accept late returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

9. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items that are not in perfect original condition. Cases include items with missing parts, minor damage, or incomplete packaging after customer receipt.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. All policy changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our store page. Your continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated policy terms.
